Phir Milenge
Watch phir milenge, the bollywood version (i wldnt say equivalent) of philadelphia. Its more than just a movie/work of art...its an avenue for creating and spreading social awareness abt lots of things..Addresses important issues that we overlook on a daily basis...descrimination,human rights, emotions relationships ,fears, feelings, health, time, life-death and the choices that we have in btween the 2...we cld live to die, die to live ... live like we're never gonna die or live like we're already dead....some serious fodder for the mind and avenue for some soul searching..very moving and disturbing, but we all need a wake up call once in a while...a reminder to live while we are alive, while we can.
Random thoughts come to mind when i reflect upon the movie....
Its too early/late in the day to type coherent sentences, hence i shall just throw it out in point form....
Live life moment by moment, live life for all its moments and make each one count...
'Life is a moment. For a moment it's there and in a moment it's gone'
'i was scared...because i was ignorant' (phir milenge) .. How true. So often we fear the unknown simply coz we don't know better..
Dont walk in the shadow of doubt or fear..step out into the light and it will be your guide... (urs truly at her most inspired, during that time when the night before merges into the morning of today)
Parting shots :
"Love life... Neither the beginning nor the end knows whence it comes, for it has no beginning and no end. Life is!!" - J Krishnamurti
Today is a new day folks... Live.

EPIIIIII How come yu got time to watch movieeeee???
grrrrrr
eh, sounds nice. yu shud be a movie reviewer. I shall add Phir Milenge to my list of movies to watch. It has joined Black, Phantom of the Opera and Wedding Date, thanks to yur favourable reviews. Maybe we can watch em all together, on The Gym Ball (TGB), which,I've decided, is important enough in our lives to desrve it's own acronym.
oh, and check out my reply to yur comment on me blog!
phew..I'm writing super long comments today!
to yoga : I jst KNEW you were gonna say tht ie : whine about my being so free to watch movies...hehe...soon dude, then we shall watch it all on the bgb (boingy gym ball)!meanwhile hang in there k!

Gdluck with the ism..hope its going well..show em ur shtuff!!!
Epi!
you've mentioned the movie before...doubt i'll ever catch it unless i get back home. Plus, i'll have to pick the movie up from you! Shilpa shetty in a major performing role? Unbelievable. The last credible performance of hers that i'd witnessed was 'Mr Romeo'...
:)
Caleb : i took ur advice & decided to get out of manic-depressive mode and step out into the light, this is the best i cld do, without blinking like a blithering twit under neon lighting!Sunflowers are tempting..very tempting..but perhaps too drastic fr now?I tried some green template before this and it felt like i was caught up in some tree house! Not conducive fr my kinda blogging!!
Tell me what u think about this!
All : of coz all = all 2,max 3 of u,gimme ur feedback!
woah...quite drastic the change!
i visit this guy's blog from time to time. So got reminded of his blog when i saw yours. Personally my comment was that you change the the whole idea and mood of 'dark and backward abysm of time' into something cheerful...not just the colours! its a start though. if you play around with the source code/template you can change sidebar colours etc. leave it if its not your type of thing.
I've got loads of images for summerish cheerful themes, other than the sunflowers...i'll send you some when i have time. I'll see what your source code says and i'll see if i can send you a sample template!
but on the whole...the move away from manic depressive mode itself is remarkable!
well done!
caleb
fwaaahhhhh
had to double check the blog URL to make sure I got the right one! and me thinks now yu have to change yur blog title from dark and backward abysm to....
errr...
damn! my sense of humour failed me at this crucial junction
nvm, will complete the 'joke' some other time.
back to ISM. yeah, haven't finished. almost though!
